Cal State San Bernardino is hiring an Entrepreneur/Investor in Residence. Location: San Bernardino, CA.
The candidate will be responsible for teaching various courses in entrepreneurship, assisting in the development and oversight of the Catalyst Business Accelerator program on campus, and mentoring student ventures in areas such as business model development, business plans, team formation, prototype development, intellectual property, go-to-market strategies, capital raising and other business related topics. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to work as part of a collaborative faculty environment, attend regular meetings of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship, participate in curriculum related discussions and development, and provide ongoing academic advising to entrepreneurship students. CSUSB is on a quarter system and a lecturer teaching workload is 45 units per academic year (11 courses). To accomplish the objectives of student mentoring and development of the Accelerator program, up to five (5) course releases will be provided.
