California Capital is hiring a Program Director – Procurement Technical Assistance Center. Location: Sacramento, California.

The PTAC Program Director will manage oversight of all PTAC day to day operations. This includes all PTAC programs, events and staff, in addition to program compliance and program reporting as required by the Defense Logistics Agency.

The PTAC will deliver quality, cost effective, and expeditious counseling to PTAC clients for obtaining government contracts. This will include general counseling on business development, which involves knowledge of how to create professional relationships with government program managers and contracting officers, as well as with prime contractors.
