KEVIN AKSACKI
GAUCHO'S VILLAGE

Thirteen years ago, Kevin Aksacki came to the USA as an exchange student. Not knowing the language, he paid his way through college as a dishwasher. Kevin comes from a family of restaurant owners in Brazil. After years of working for the broadcast industry, he decided to pursue a life-long dream of running his own restaurant in Los Angeles. He researched small business assistance providers and found CHARO Community Development Corporation.

With CHARO’s assistance, Kevin received the financing and technical assistance he needed to open Gaucho’s Village in Glendale. Business is booming for Gaucho’s Village, and several area newspapers have recognized Kevin’s success. He is planning for an expansion and has returned to CHARO for assistance with improving his existing business plan and pursuing a business loan.
