This program was first held in 2005-2006, and according to the participants, a rousing success. Citibank has funded this program for a second time. See what last year's participants had to say:
"I am a different leader. I have a new set of tools I use all the time."
"The best part for me was the follow-up - a critical aspect of turning intentions into actions and accountability.. this is the best executive leadership training I've experienced."
"I became more aware of myself and how others perceive me. It helped me with board and staff."
"I really enjoyed all aspects of the program. The initial session was very enlightening, inspiring and it provided several concrete tools for various tasks. Every phone call provided additional inspiration, camaraderie, and several concepts or solutions that I could take away and incorporate into my work".
"This program is much, much more than achieving the goals we wrote down on day one... thank you for such a great program!"
